Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, October 21: The Sabah Masters will once again take centre stage on the ASEAN PGA Tour as the grande finale to the 2013/2014 season.
To be played from January 8 to 11 it will return to Sutera Harbour Golf & Country Club with the support of its mainstay sponsor Sabah Tourism Board (STB).
Boasting prize money of US$75,000 it will play a decisive role in determining who wins the Order of Merit title.

Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, January 9: Marquee players Mardan Mamat from Singapore and Filipino Antonio Lascuna stamped their authority on the opening day of the Sabah Masters shooting four-under-par 67s.
The experienced duo top the leaderboard ahead of Malaysian Danny Chia, Singapore’s Koh Dengshan plus Somkiat Srisanga and Rattanon Wannasrichan from Thailand who carded 69s.

November 6, Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia: Thailand’s Wisut Artjanawat claimed the US$60,000 Sabah Masters today to become the first player to win four times on the ASEAN PGA Tour and also the first to claim back-to-back titles.
Wisut recorded a one stroke victory over Filipino Anthony Fernando and Malaysia’s Nicholas Fung at Sutera Harbour Golf & Country Club.
The victory follows on from his success in last month’s Palembang Musi Championship in Indonesia.
